• A player may build on up to three locations during his turn.
• The area is determined by rolling the die. The number represents the area on the map which he may build in.
• The player may place any of his house tiles on any open location in the area rolled
• If a player choses NOT to place a house, his turn is over.
• If a player fills an area, ALL houses which do not have water supplied to them are removed from the game (permenantly)
• If a players rolls an area which already is full, he re-rolls the die (this does not count against his 3 rolls)
• Mountain spaces cannot be built on

Canals supply water to the one squares on either side of it. A double canal supplies water to the two squares along side of it.

• A player may place up to 2 canal section onto the board, extending one or two spring or canals.
• Each canal must be supplied by exactly one spring
• Canals can flow in any direction, but cannot split/fork.
• No more than 2 canals can be built from any spring
• When building double canals, all section from the spring to the location being build double, must be double ( can't go double-single-double ).

The game ends when the last canal section is placed, and the current round is completed giving each player an equal number of turns.

Scoring

• Remove all houses which do not have water supplied to them
• Add up the number of houses supplied with water. The winner has the most.
• If there is a tie, the player with the must number of tiles placed wins
